Amber Windows leicester

We’ve just had all our windows, patio doors and front door replaced. Great bunch of lads fitted everything in no time at all. Chris, Julian, Ian and Steve. Excellent Job. Noticed the difference straight away and no hard sell. I would recommend Amber windows to anyone.

(-) start if possible. Very good team handling the installation; terrible customer service. Poor management of query and basically lies to customer, shifting the issue to supplier. No action is taken unless legally challenged. Reviews on google are likely to be fake; reviews on pilot trust reflect the poor quality in product and customer service. The irony of it all, the initial work provided by Amber in my property was exceptional; it is a shame that the second batch didn't follow the same standard.

Never, ever, ever give Amber Windows your number. I made that mistake a few years ago. Ever since they have called me at least 6times a year. I have told them I have had my windows done and to remove me but they just keep on ringing. Add that to the fact they were x3 the price of everyone else that quoted. I wonder if they are as contactable when they actually fit your windows, i suspect not! Had no choice but to block their number. Hopefully I don't hear from them again now.

Julian and Stephen were very pleasant , courteous and cheerful throughout . Kept us informed and ( so long as I kept them supplied. with tea and coffee ) worked like demons. They were tidy and cleared up after themselves each day. The Elegance Windows are beautiful and more than we hoped for.

Just had Steve and Julian fit the whole house with windows and doors ,arrived on time proffesional clean and courteous not to mention quick workers,great teamwork to get the work done.Enusure a constant supply of tea and coffees . Delighted with the windows and doors a quality product they look great. Can't speak highly enough no hesitation in recommending Amber windows.

Just had my 3 monthly call from them no idea why they ring or where they got my number i live over 40 miles away from them I have never dealt with them or never likely to either must be about 10 calls now I thought it was wrong these days to phone random people while writing this review just had 2nd call of the evening off hem no idea why. Wish they wouldn't ring anymore just sounds desperate im not interested in the micky mouse awards you say you've won every time and the silly grants you mention.
