A lovely shop well presented and very good customer service. Very happy with my purchase today and the courteous and helpful advice I received from the gentleman. Will be recommending your shop for sure.

I went into the store a few days ago to buy a chain for £29. It was on display with a pendant but priced separately. The staff member was very helpful and I said I would come back after looking in another shop. So today I go in there and say ‘I would like to buy that chain’ to be told she can’t sell it to me otherwise they can’t sell the pendant. So I say why are they priced separately then and she said it’s because you can buy the pendant by itself!!!? So if I bought the pendant and then in a separate sale, bought the chain, technically I could return the pendant. Anyway I am going to make a complaint

awful - none personable experience / I want to support local - but my experience here today didn’t do that - the customer service - whole experience was shocking - an on line shop would have been better - I felt sorry for the young girl working their who was being over run by the over bearing lead lady WOULD NOT RECOMMEND - no wander the high street is shutting down - when they treat their face to face customers in such a way

Spent Sunday in Salisbury and spotted this quaint shop, returned Monday morning and bought a lovely feather ring for my wife good price from a lovely helpful lady, Thank you

I brought a beautiful ring the other day, perfect size and still in love. Staff are always friendly and accommodating, moving away from their store front i will continue to support online if the website allows!
