You could be dead before they can even ring you back 1 week to get a call back and god forbid you are at work and can’t answer your phone then it’s another week before you can speak to a doctor even when you ring back in 1 min - can’t give you a time for the call not even an am or pm - absolute disgrace along with the patronising receptionist - I do try and understand please really how can a working person deal with this!!

Terrible!!! Appointment are never on time. There is literally no point in being given a time for an appointment. Waited 45 min for an appointment and in the end I had to leave due to childcare issues. I had a 20min appointment so I asked can I pick my son up and come back. Will take less than 10min for me to be back and I was told no. So much for patient care. Appointments shouldn't be 10min long, they should be 20, then that way we might not have this stupid wait time. Horrible management of this doctors surgery.

The worst GP I have ever dealt with. It's almost impossible to get a face to face appointment. The doctors are very confident that the blurry pictures sent through their system is all they need to diagnose the patient and prescribe a medicine. The creams prescribed for my son for his eczema doesn't help him at all; it's a constant battle having to ring them and ask them for their help and advice. The doctors in this GP with all my experience with them make me feel they are more concerned about making money, rather than being compassionate and helping their patients. Absolutely appalling service and I will never recommend this GP to anyone.
