Located in the triangle of the food, closed to the national football museum and in front of the Manchester cathedral. Very beauty place, good atmosphere, service was unexpected gentle. I've been served very well and so kindly. Quite big choice between wine, cocktails and few beers, not a great choose of dishes but very high quality instead. Meat was awesome, jucy and very tasty. Fries very good and you should tried the buttered onion. Price quite high but I think there are ok. Check, service charge is optional but they very deserved it. Highly recommended for special occasions and romantic one as well.

Fabulous night at our first time at Alston. Natacha and Davide were both brilliant and couldn’t do enough to make the meal and the experience superb. Drinks and food were excellent with the Butcher’s cuts to share well worth trying. Definitely going back and a worthy alternative to Hawksmoor

Christmas Party for my work. A party of around 30 visited on a Friday afternoon. The welcome, service and food was amazing. We started with a welcome drink before moving to our tables. Our starters were small tasters of several menu items. Our main course was steak and turkey served with a variety of sauces and gravy with several vegetable. The sweets were also outstanding with various cakes and trifles available. At first sight the restaurant may appear expensive however the quality of the food is simply amazing and more than worth the price. You get what you pay for and on this occasion was more than justified.
