Fantastic people, fantastic products. The outcome a conservatory to die for in Chartwell Green. Supalite tiled roof system, vaulted ceiling, beautiful windows. Lots of different staff on site at different times, all very professional, efficient and friendly. Everywhere left clean and tidy at the end of day. Price extremely competitive. Very glad I chose Alpine and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone contemplating home improvement of any kind. My bungalow is transformed!!

I had a garage door taken out, bricked up and a window installed. Alpine organised all of it. From initial measure up and quote through to survey and start of works there has been excellent communication, prompt and professional service and an excellent finished job. The price quoted was also very competitive. Can’t recommend enough. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending.

Very impressed with our finished result. Would defo recommend - All workmen were polite, friendly and professional... They checked with our neighbours to ensure not causing problems where parked etc. And generally tidied up after each day. Looks amazing and has added much needed space to our room. . And my purple front door is fab.

Punctual, arrived at 10am. Great job. Professional, polite and friendly. All windows finished by 4pm. Very reasonable price and a 10 year guarantee. Would recommend.

Keep cold calling me on an evening from a private number and for that reason I wouldn't trust them. Keep asking them to stop ringing and asked where they got my details but got vague answers. Hate cold calling!

We have used Alpine Windows twice now, for the front and back of our house and can't fault the service we've received. From the initial quote through to fitting they've been great. No nonsense quote, not like other companies we initially went to who over quoted and then offered 'discounts', Alpine were competitively priced from the start. Surveyor and main window fitters were efficient and polite and tidy. Had a bit of a problem with the wrong glass on one window, this was fitted and then replaced within a week. Everyone has been a pleasure to deal with, good communication and any issues resolved promptly and fairly. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Our sash windows are quality and look amazing inside and out.

Did a great job and I would have used them again until I now come to sell the house. Can't find my FENSA certificate and looked on the FENSA site, no sign. Called them, and although same building etc was told went into liquidation 2 years ago !! AVOID

Somebody should do something about this company. Absolute SCAMMERS/SHONKS. We had bifolds fitted through their previous company, Alpine Alluminium, which they claim they are nothing to do with, when it’s clear they purposefully went bust and are now trading under a different name. So, our 15 year warranty is now worthless. Our doors were fitted so badly they have never worked properly, so we are in the process of having to pay to have them taken out and refitted so they are fit for purpose. The new workmen have said they’ve never seen such a terrible job in their whole working lives. Plus they have had a nightmare trying to get one of the parts to the doors that nobody in the rest of the UK seems to manufacture. The whole thing & the doors has been a nightmare since day one. Absolute liars and scammers. DO NOT USE - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

This company was trading under Alpine Aluminum i have lost over £14K from this company and now desperately trying to get it back from the bank as the company will not pay! Reading through the administration papers this company which are linked to the previous directors have purchased the van and paid the rent for this unit. to resetablish themselves trading under Alpine. its absolutely disgusting that this is possible and the administrators have legally sold this on again!! PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! PLEASE do not do it!! i just hope everyone reviews on this site before their purchase!! The sheer cheek of just setting up again with similar name and in the same place!! shocking!!
