Alpine Glass bradford

I recently had a new solidor fitted by Alpine. Right from the beginning they have been professional and polite. Martin who came to do the job first called to check on the door, was on time, advised me clearly and then I visited their office. Within a couple of weeks I had my door delivered and fitted. A great job done, very neat and tidy and no mess left at all. I would highly recommend this company for their work and professionalism. Thank you Alpine Glass

Chose Alpine following a string of good reviews for our windows and doors and we are more than happy with our decision. An honest straightforward company to deal with through Caroline who provided us with exactly what we asked for with a detailed quote which we tweaked a few times. Attention to detail and respect for covering carpets and cleaning up by Martin the fitter really made this top notch and he worked tirelessly through a sustained injury to complete the windows without compromising his quality of work. All 12 windows and 2 doors measured perfectly and any small issues encountered due to the nature of our old house were overcome effortlessly. With so many companies out there and many with dubious track records we are so glad we chose alpine and from the start were never in doubt we had chosen correctly. Thank you. John & Alison

Just had our external doors changed, and would highly recommend Alpine Glass. The doors themselves are excellent quality, and very striking. The workmanship was very neat and tidy.

I had six different companies in total to quote me for six sash style replacement windows, including the larger well known companies in Yorkshire. Alpine glass were the best on price and service. I liked the fact that they weren't a huge company, but a local family company. Windows were fitted brilliantly within a couple of weeks of placing the order. Windows are great quality and have really improved the look of my period property. Fitters were excellent and very neat and left no mess. Would definitely use again and recommend.

I dont usually write reviews but this one is really necessary.. someone came out to quote i believe someone called Martin i need a bay window for my property and my mum needed a new window.. i told them this when i rang up, anyhow i gave directions to find my mums house and he couldnt find it apparently as my mum said no one showed up.. however later on i recieved a quote for mine ans my mums window.. so i rang to ask how did they quote if no one ever showed up apparently they based this on a window in the area i dont know how as all windoes are different shapes and sizes.. the women at reception is rude clearly shes not bothered if alpine is successful or not has no customer service skills what so ever.. if you couldnt find my mums address why wouldn't you just ring me like you rang me the first time when you also got lost trying ro find my address when you had the full address.. also very expensive quote someone else has quoted me £900 cheaper for my window..

What a fantastic company. Professional, excellent quality & workmanship, and at a fantastic price. I will definately be recommending, and wouldn't use anybody else. They clean up after themselves, no mess. And lovely friendly, helpful people. Iam so very very pleased 😊

"Solidor” door Had only a few weeks slot to arrange an onsite visit and then door to be ordered and fitted. Not so easy during lockdown. Following a strong recommendation, E Mailed Caroline at Alpine Glass and explained the limited timescale. Received a reply late into the evening as she had been out on site all day. She assured us that all could be done within the timescale and arranged for Martin to come and discuss and measure up Martin visited, measured up and explained fully the scope of the job. Caroline constantly kept us in the picture and gave us a date for the arrival of the door to Alpine and our fitting date On the day of fitting Caroline came with Martin to help him out, it was cold wet and miserable but they never stopped They left us with a fantastic finished product delivered and fitted to our timescale. Caroline and Martin you fully deserve all the praise for the best customer service and workmanship. 5 star company run by 5 star people who give a 5 star service Our thanks to you both

Just had windows and 2 doors installed by Martin and Caroline Very punctual and just got on with it in freezing weather Very competitive price, the windows and doors look fab. Would use them again without any doubt.
