Staff were ok when it came to sell it the bike but when it came to pick it up it was a bit of a shambles. An example would be when I asked for the valve caps for my new bike and was told I could get them if I want but they are packaging....erm I’ve been riding bikes for a while and generally with valve caps on. Also got different tyres than came with the bike but had to wait a month until someone found the original tyres, which had been “misplaced”. Also - bike has been creaking for a while now, tried everything - pedals changed, seatbost cleaned and regressed. Finally I check the chainring bolts and they are bone dry - I think these should have been greased when the bike was put together. Another mark down.

Would totally recommend, the staff have been perfect. Some strange reviews that would make me question if there is an ulterior motive to some of them.

This shop is a hit or a miss staff wise some days fantastic others really bad and rude which can be very unwelcoming. Just been in to purchase a load of summer kit for the family three members of staff standing about chatting one acknowledged me and could clearly see I was in need of assistance but chose to ignore and carry on chatting actually had to walk up to them and ask for assistance where I was pointed to the direction of item. No sign of further assistance so left empty handed and went to an other bike shop and bought the lot. Was just about to order a new bike but think I shall go else where for it after reading previous reviews and my experience in store today.

Been in twice to purchase a new bike and both times ignored/not acknowledged by the staff...obviously more important to chat to each other than to generate sales...so immediately walked back out...wont be going back

Friendly staff but this shop is more about selling bikes than helping you servicing yours. The parts I bought to mend an old bike were very pricey compared to nearby alternatives. I would recommend it only in case of emergency.
