If you want to move in to an old people’s home this is the place for you. Advertising as over 55 but new residents getting older and older more like a nursing home than independent living. Alpha management are without compassion. In my short time here I witnessed elderly people having to sit in there day room to stop being locked out locks were fitted to stop residents using facility. The kitchen cooker ect remains locked to residents. Because of the epidemic rest room has been locked to tenants but open to alpha employees. Residents have just been given notice to remove wreaths from front doors. ! Or they will remove them. ! Alpha have a hair salon on the ground floor despite barbers lady’s salons being open won’t allow elderly ladies to have there hair done for Christmas ! Christmas is cancelled at alpha court. A caring landlord in words only. Also long standing residents are refused transfers within the building preferences given to the recently joined property pool. I don’t have one good thing to say about alpha. I also was exposed to asbestos whilst contractors were working on the property. I have documents to prove it as well.
