Great park. Very large country park with woodland and river walks. They have toilet facilities and a small shop for snacks and a few souvenirs. Parking is also good and there are a number of different places to park. Highly recommend.

A beautiful place in amongst the urban aspects of west lothian. Its hard to imagine such a place in amongst all the hub bub but then it was built at least 250 years ago and was part of an industrial home and business. One gripe is that the visitors centre only sells from a vending machine. There is no cafe other than a few seats outside and 4 inside where no dogs are allowed so defeats the purpose of a country walk. Needs a proper cafe/ restaurant with food and hot drinks. That is open all season and on evenings. Can ypu imagine having a dinner there? would be lovely.
