Very bad customer service. I phoned up on three consecutive days and nobody ever bothered to phone me back despite promises each time I phoned. Apparently only one lady has the diary so unless she is available to pick up the phone you cannot book anything which is ridiculous. Very unprofessional service, I would not recommend.

Should have paid attention to the previous review - the exact same thing happened. I called three times, each time I was told someone would call me back and they never did. Either they are terribly disorganised or they just don't want the custom. Luckily Wax Inc could fit me in short notice and they're lovely there!
