Excellent service. We live in the East of England and had travelled to the area for a few days. Driving from Frome to Bristol we collected a stone in the Break callipers of our Ford Galaxy. We rang the service desk who were excellent. They diagnosed the problem over the phone and booked the car in to be checked over. They were waiting when we arrived. We left it with them and went to get lunch in Bath. When we got back they had ramped up the car, removed the stone, performed safety checks on the wheel, and washed the car. All of this free of charge at short notice. We were able to enjoy the rest of our time there and have peace of mind driving 155miles home.

I bought a car from there then after the 3 years they just want you to exchange so you never really get out of the monthly repayments and you take it for a service and they never leave it tidy

Booked my 2nd car service in January for last Saturday to be told after 1hr 30mins they do not have the parts for my car would you believe it! I have a Ford car anyone would think it was a back street garage not a Ford Dealer. I probably would get better customer service from a back street garage but my car is under warranty. Lady on front desk also told me the brake fluid change was not part of my Ford Protect Plan when it is which made me feel I was being done over before I handed my car key to her. I finally had my car serviced today & the manager did help to put this into place. My vehicle health check form had a red mark on spare wheel or sealant to be told my car has a spare wheel & it has sealant expires 2021 so now I am wondering did this get checked not mark it as not checked! The health check video report was good.
