Deceived! One of the worst customer service experience ever! Send my watch in for repair and was told it will only take 10 days. Two weeks had gone by and I didn't hear from him at all. Rang up the store but it never once got through. Had to then pop in the store instead and the guy gave me a bunch of excuses. Told me it'll definitely be done by next Friday and he would ring me to let me know. Then comes Friday where I haven't received any calls from him till late afternoon, I had to ring him instead. Finally picked up his calls, I was given excuses again and he said it would be done the following Tuesday. He also added that he would return me a portion of the money paid for the delay. Thinking everything was alright, there were no calls from him on Tuesday as expected. Rang the store for two days straight but he didn't bother to pick up. In the end, I went in on Thursday and got my watch back. Obviously, he didn't return me any sum of money as promised.
