Deceived! One of the worst customer service experience ever! Send my watch in for repair and was told it will only take 10 days. Two weeks had gone by and I didn't hear from him at all. Rang up the store but it never once got through. Had to then pop in the store instead and the guy gave me a bunch of excuses. Told me it'll definitely be done by next Friday and he would ring me to let me know. Then comes Friday where I haven't received any calls from him till late afternoon, I had to ring him instead. Finally picked up his calls, I was given excuses again and he said it would be done the following Tuesday. He also added that he would return me a portion of the money paid for the delay. Thinking everything was alright, there were no calls from him on Tuesday as expected. Rang the store for two days straight but he didn't bother to pick up. In the end, I went in on Thursday and got my watch back. Obviously, he didn't return me any sum of money as promised.

My watch strap was too large & the gentleman sorted it immediately for free. Absolutely fabulous- would recommend to anyone!

Took my watch for a battery. He told me it would take him 15 minutes to do this. Walked to Tesco came back and he told me that he was repairing the lsd screen. Being on my lunch break,it I decided to leave the watch with him for over three hours. Went back at 5pm. He handed me back my watch. Told me he couldn't fix it. He basically had messed up my rocawear watch. Useless person.

I left a watch in there for repair as it needed a replacement glass. They said it will be ready in a week. Tried calling but they don't answer the phone and you can't leave a message. When I did get hold of them two weeks later they told me it was ready and in the shop. I paid for transport to get there and back and when I got there they tried to give me somone else's watch. They then said my one will be ready next Friday. Well it's now almost 4 weeks since I took it in and no calls and I still can't get through on the phone. They don't open on the hours they advertise so it's a bit hit and miss of going up there again. I will give them one last try and if it's still not there I will have to escalate things to recover my £400 watch. Will I ever see it again ?

My I phone 6 screen was badly damaged, I only had little hope that could be mended. They did a great job. Fast reliable service for a very fair price.Highly recommended.

Hi anyone, i just pay them in advance on Monday for dry cleaning (a significant amount) and o was supposed to go there on Friday (which is a lot of time), but when i arrived the guy informed they are not ready. Just to come after 4. Came on 4 pm and nobody is here. I totally don’t recommand this place.
