Terrible service.. don't waste time here. Ordered a sofa and was promised 12 week delivery.. after 10 weeks, they said, it'll take another 12 weeks and they'll issue a fresh invoice and they'll give me a loaner suite.. Nothing for over a week and the staff don't even respond anymore. I tried to cancel and they threaten to impose big cancellation charges and not giving my deposit back either. Just Horrible. I regret even buying there and NEVER EVER going to even try to purchase anything from Allans.

I deeply regret buying from this company. I have heard how they treat other customers, but the utter disrespect & lack of even the basic customer care for people of colour is very very bad. Because I called to complain about a product, which they forced on me, they blocked my number and stopped picking my calls. Who does that? My advice is to avoid this company at all costs, especially if u're a person of colour. There are truly friendly and professional Scottish businesses to patronise but Allan's furniture is not one of them.
