Excellent Surgery Doctors are all wonderful kind people who always have time for patients, I would rate more than 5 stars Thank you for your care.

God knows when this surgery or Springburn is ever open, constant restrictions on when you can call for results or appointments, its like winning the lottery if you finally manage to be able to book an appointment but if you work full time don't even try.

very very very unhelpful I am on holiday and asked to be registered as a temporary patient as I hadnt got enough heart pills with me I was told in no uncertain terms that it was not possible. I asked 3 more times for help but the receptionist told me she couldnt help and to phone my own Gp

Every time I call about something never and I mean never get anywhere except the same receptionist how never listens doesn't let you Finnish a sentence before she interrupt you and is no help at all says she will call you back never does its as if when she puts the phone down she totally forgets all about you.i know they have a hard job to do but I'm beginning to think I'm on a list of nuisance patients because of covid you can't get an appointment understood so receptionist should be more patient with you I am not calling just to mess their day up I feel I have to apologise for calling my doctor

Appalled the way my daughter has been treated by a Receptionist at Allander Surgery...suffers from tonsillitis regularly and was told to go to chemist after explaining white spots at back of throat!!!(definitely an infection)...this delayed her medication for 24hrs which led to her being even more unwell....then today phones back to speak to doctor get the same Receptionist and surprise surprise...Go To Pharmacy!!!!... l will be making a Formal Complaint.

Great staff, professional & friendly. I am giving this Surgery a 5 star review. Over the years of being a patient I have had excellent support from all 3 doctors & support staff. Big thanks to you all, KM.
