It's better than most, car was looking decent after, however not a big fan of cheap sponges being us

It's better than most, car was looking decent after, however not a big fan of cheap sponges being used, and witnessing a cloth dropped on floor and put back for using. But friendly staff, decent enough job and well organised. Just the sponge and cloth bit would be my only pointer.
