Great use of a Sunday afternoon. Not all parks are created equal. From the bike/scoot path (which now spans the full perimeter) to the sand pit & play area- this park covers all bases. Old soul being spun on the decks was a bonus too!!

We were having a picnic in the park birthday party for my two-year-old great niece. I was amazed that we got parking so close given the difficulties with parking in Bath and we found a nice sheltered spot under some trees near the children's play area to pitch our picnic blankets and chairs. Being a Sunday afternoon, it was busy but not overcrowded. There is a café / restaurant which apparently holds themed evenings but I have not attended one yet. Definitely a nice, family-friendly location for an event or a variety of activities for individuals, couples and groups.

Small but useful local park with a nice cafe, kids playground and tennis courts. Parking is a bit limited but the park itself is well maintained. Very popular so gets busy on sunny days. Lots of dogs first thing in the morning.
