Stayed in a twin room for a long weekend. Location was great, close to Central Station & a good base for getting to local attractions, etc There is a good choice of restaurants in the area.
As for the hotel - staff friendly, rooms very tired and in need of updating. The free WiFi was awful, not sure if due to our particular room or if it was like that throughout the hotel. Breakfast, a good selection including cereals, toast, pastries, fruit and cooked options - it would have been great if the cooked options were actually hot! Very disappointing - reception is open 24hrs & there are lifts to upper floors but one lift was out if order for 3 of the 4 days we were there.
Loved Glasgow but the hotel was a let down.
