We had a tricky house sale because of a long chain, but the team at Alexander May were fantastic - they went the extra mile to keep informed of all those involved in the chain (not just immediately above and below), and offered us - and others in the chain - informed, honest and fair advice. We almost chose a cheaper online agent but in the end we were hugely relieved we did not. A good agent offers what we got: proactive and personal service, and contactable whenever we needed them 6 days a week.
