I had several issues resulting from the landlord not fulfilling their duties and providing inadequate heating and showering facilities. Once the concern was escalated to the director, Rob Mamuda, he conducted a thorough investigation. He found on the side of the tenant which in all of my years of renting I have never come across. It is good to know that the person in charge is ethical and honest. He stated 'landlords must provide safe and adequate accommodation. If they are not prepared to do so then we must part ways'. On integrity alone I would recommend Robs agency. The letting industry has a poor reputation and for valid reasons, the director of this agency can be trusted.

Alexander May have been the best rental estate agents I've experienced in Bristol, the team is always friendly, helpful and professional. Vanessa particularly went above and beyond when we had an issue with our boiler on our first Christmas, would highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Alexander May and in particular Matthew (Donaldson) from the Clifton office. I was a first time landlord and not only did he talk and helped me through the whole process, he also secured be long term and great tenants. His knowledge and expertise of the Bristol rental and housing market in general seemed second to none. For as long as I’m a landlord or in the market for a new investment property Matthew will always be my first call.

Poor service over the phone and very rude. Wanted one of house sharers to be in full time employment, but stated they would pay up front or work around whilst they moved here. Originally just wanted a viewing and was not allowed. Do not recommend.
