ALDO Shoes london

Was looking for some mens going out shoes which was tough in Uxbridge as I'm used to having lots of choice in Leeds but Stephanie and Sophie showed great customer service skills and were extremely helpful! we went through and discussed many shoes together and after Stephanie had run up and down many stairs and ladders looking for the pairs I liked we finally got to the ones I wanted ! Thank you Aldo Great Staff... Great Shoes!!

A good variety of shoes and accessories, reasonably priced. The staff is also helping and friendly.

Went on weekend to return something, asian guy said could not do the return as not sold in their store and that their system has changed. I told the guy that on return receipt said could go to any store and even adviced that nearest store is this one. Wasted my time and not too please with the service, has put me off shopping with Aldo. Went to another store, and return was processed with no problem. I even asked them about the return policy and if the company system has changed. They told me that there was no such change and all stores should take the return, apart from outlet stores. Poor customer service in Uxbridge. Good customer service in Westfield. Uxbridge staff need to be retrained. Not bothered in helping and give you any excuses to send you away. Lazy staff.

Amazing customer service and very polite and attentive.

We went to buy specific ladies accessories but was sold out.but customers service was excellent, staff was so help full Mr waleed and a girl forget her name was very friendly and helpful. End up with buying mens shoes and ladies bages . Recomend& Love to visit again.....
