Aldi is great when you need a regular shop, or if your a vegan or vegetarian, we however, are not vegan a or vegetarian but have recently had a family member diagnosed with coeliacs, it is so frustrating how there is so little to choose from compared to vegetarian/vegan options.

Cheap, affordable, good quality, basically you’re average Aldi! Except this one is close enough for York Uni students to walk to in 20-30mins or around 10mins on bike from campus East.

Had such a great experience at aldi, after such a bad experience at waitrose! Was a bit nervous due to having a newborn but the trolleys had the baby seat holder which was extremely helpful to us! Really clean supermarket, great value for money, everything stacked so neatly with care and all products were in stock and full shelves! Got an amazing shop for half the price i would normally pay! Will definitely be coming back and recommending to all family & friends.

A pleasant experience shopping for groceries here. They have majority of necessary items with lots of alternatives too at a considerablycheaper rate. I am particularly impressed with the collections of fresh vegetables here. Surprisingly though, there were few items that are not sold in pieces here.....You have to buy them in packs. Nice experience overall
