ALDI cardiff

I've noticed quite an increase in the prices here lately. The range of products is good, although the store does tend to run low on fresh produce, salad and fruit. The dairy and fresh meat range is always good and well stocked. The Aldi fresh pizzas are delicious!! The staff are always very polite, friendly and helpful.

A few years ago I'd have given 5 stars but this store has been going downhill since then. Many items not in stock, prices going up, long queues etc.

Is it me or is the quality of products not so good now the stores are rapidly expanding

You are either a fan of this type of supermarket or, like me, it annoys you every time you visit. My wife insisted we try it and we did for a while but we could never do a complete shop so then had to double up and also go to our usual store. Now we just drop in if we spot a special offer advertised that we are interested in.

Still shop at Morrison the fresh produce is better and lasts longer so better value for money

What a shame to go from five stars in a matter of a couple of years to a low budget and appalling cheap place. Buy cheap I don't mean in expensive because Lidl is that full stop the quality of products, the welfare standards, the sauce and the taste have all gone completely downhill. The wine range which was excellent before he has just become a lot of cheap and disgusting plunk.

Love aldi but you can really notice prices are starting to rise pretty fast

do all my shopping here, staff are really friendly and helpful. normally pretty well stocked.
