Its almost impossible to get an appontment here. They say they are one of the best because most peple get seen within a few days of making an appointment. BUT, that is because they will not give an appointment to you until they know that a GP is available. I've sometimes waited weeks before they will give me an appointment. You may manage to get to talk to a triage nurse who will decide if she thinks you should be seen by a doctor, and if she decides that you are, you will then get offered an appointment. It seems that Aldermoor are taking on TOO MANY people and just cannot cope with such a large number. My family are with other surgeries and will get offered an appointment on request

I put in a prescription and they didn't manage to even process it to the pharmacy. they agreed it was mistake and didn't know how it happened, so they processed it through again. It's run on tax payers money, they get their money either way, so patents are merely a liability so they don't care if bad service or incompetent.

1/ 5

The absolute worst doctors surgery, avoid at all costs. Rude and threatening reception staff, repeat prescriptions cancelled with no notice then a 18 day wait for an appointment, no appointments available at convenient times for working people. Go elsewhere if you would like to be treated with respect, compassion or like a human being.
