Truly disgusted with the treatment I received today. I was 6 mins late for an appointment due to my bus being late and I had been waiting 25 mins early to get to the docs on time and still bus was 10 mins late. So I phoned the surgery explaining my situation and they said as long as you are under 10 mins late all would be ok. So I arrived to be told to sit and wait which i did. 40 mins passed and I went to the receptionist and asked
