I love this practice and all the doctors. Dr Terraway, Dr Criek and Dr Harrison are amazing. Always helpful, kind and patient. Amazing surgery. Can not fault them at all. Always show dignity and respect to their patients.

Highly recommended! Always friendly and professional, never any problem to make an appointment (within a week with nominated GP). The only issue is parking space...

This is ridiculous. Waiting nearly 2 weeks for few min phone call. I do understand current situation, but there are still another health problems than covid. Should it not be important to make sure our society is healthy and strong?

For an emergency cancer related issue, I did wish there were bit of apt and appreciation from the staff for my effort to come, at least to advise me how to make an appointmet.

Truly disgusted with the treatment I received today. I was 6 mins late for an appointment due to my bus being late and I had been waiting 25 mins early to get to the docs on time and still bus was 10 mins late. So I phoned the surgery explaining my situation and they said as long as you are under 10 mins late all would be ok.
