I have been attending this salon for more than 10 years. I have never had a bad experience. The owner is professional, skilled and extremely knowledgeable in her craft. The best thing is being invited to the exclusive VIP nights where you get to test out the new beauty products and be informed of the latest technology. The prices are extremely competitive, parking is easy (including a multi level carpark across the road), the atmosphere is comfortable and inviting. Modern, up-to-date beauty treatments and facilities!

I have been going to Albury Hair and Beauty Spa for around 7 years now for my waxing, tanning, makeup, nails and hairstyles and have always been very happy with the results. I'm greated like an old family friend each time I go to salon. Jeannette the owner is very friendly and helpful, willing to fit me in any time i call even if it's late notice. It's a very warm inviting atmosphere and i am always pleased with the results.

Would not come back. Don't reccommend. No EFTPOS or anything like that. Called and booked the appointment and was NOT made aware that all payment methods were unavailable which resulted in being forced to race along the country side to get cash out. Too focused on talking to actually pay any attention to my eye brows or hair dye. Patches of dark hair within light red hair...Not impressed. Very disappointed. There's $150 I could have used on a home job and still done a better job.
