Rubish palace and disgusting Doctors and Recipients as when i try to talked with Gp behalf my ex then Doctor was so Rude and horrible and hanged up my call ...terrible this place

Absolutely shocking place to try and get an appointment, so bad I'm surprised they don't answer the phone with "How can I be as little help as possible" Constantly fob you off trying to make appointments elsewhere. Tell you to call at 8 am on the day to book an appointment then you can't get through. The most obstructive receptionists anywhere without doubt. Strange really because if you need to book an appointment when spoken to a Dr there's no problem with him booking it.

Member of my family comes here and was suicidal and got told to stop wasting the drs time we are currently going through a formal complaints system I wouldn't recommend these at all shocking

Useless I've been ringing since 8 finally get through at 8.17am and get told they have no appointments

All the Doctors are brilliant at this surgery.So are the staff. Can always get an appointment quickly. best Doctors surgery in the district would certainly recommend

I highly recommend Alistair Ross medical practice, as the practice and DR. Chowdhury especially, has always been supportive and helped me with my mental health. Alistair Ross practice is adds warmth and professionalism. I have always been able to get an appointment, and have never had any issues. unfortunately I moved out of the catchment area, and I am finding it very difficult to find a gp practice as supportive as this one.

Their phones are always continuously engaged in the mornings. When they eventually answer you are told no appointments for the day, ring next day. The same thing will happen again next day. How are we meant to be treated its beyond me.

Lottery appointment system, You need to call between 8am to 8:30am to win a appointment, but everyone else is also calling at the same time. If your call actually connects during this period, congratulations you have a ticket that gets you a 30% chance of an appointment ( providing they have not all been taken already) , if not try the lottery again the next day. You have 1/5 chance for an appointment if you follow my advice. I have a hack for those needing urgent doctor, use all the phones you can get access to and call them one after another, one will likely get through. Besides from this, the Doctors and Nurses are good here if you get the chance to see them.

Not a clue why all the bad reviews. Been going to this doctors for a while now and experienced no problems. The receptionists and nurses are lovely and very helpful wherever they can. The doctors are all great and have provided me with a solution each time. The place is easy to find and very clean. Highly recommended, best doctors I’ve been to.

Absolutely disgraceful I called today regarding my son who's just become an adult with autism it seemed that because I was a single parent as a father I was questioned where was the mother is the mother not around and I say to you has that got anything to do with you I am absolutely offended how dare you you I would go as far to say that was discrimination about single male fathers should be ashamed of yourself
