Placed my order almost two weeks ago. I called after three days of it not being dispatched was promised a call back. Called again after five days of not being dispatched was promised a call back etc etc etc. I'm now not going to receive the item at all due to a stock discrepancy. I called this company 7 times in total nobody was able to tell me where my order was, who was sending it or when it would be here but assured me they will personally look in to this and call me back so i can make arrangements if this was going to be delayed. Absolute shambles of a company DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY.

items shown as in stock yet I received a phone call to say 2/3 items not available. One of them they may never be able to source again. This happened last time I ordered with them but I gave benefit of the doubt ordering again. Also was told that the quickest way to get a refund is to put in a PayPal claim. Either this company is very poorly run and/or they are in major financial trouble, trying to hold onto people’s money as long as possible. Still waiting for my refund now. Will be telling all my band members to avoid this company like the plague.

Had to resort to a CCJ to pursue money owed for an instrument sold on comission. Avoid.

I've been once to browse the piano music. I'm a very established amateur pianist. The available scores were well chosen and in good number. Much standard repertoire was available, and selections for the pianist who has already established their core library were present, too. I bought an Einaudi book (a common selection for many, but I had none) and I got a book unlike any in my collection: Klezmer, see picture. I recommend this latter item for its interpretive difference and more advanced sight-reading enjoyment. (Many notes on the style are included in the volume.) I would have given 5 stars, but they didn't show any interest in engaging with me at all. I thought that was unusual given their small size, this visit being my first, and them being an independent. One might sense a tiny tinge of arrogance in such behaviour, or maybe not?
