As a tenant I was happy with service provided by Alan Cooke. I would like to prise Michael for being super responsive to my queries. The whole experience with this letting agency was very good and I have no issues.

Michael and Jonny were absolutely brilliant helping us with our house move. They were quick to respond to emails and were happy to answer any of the millions of questions that I had for them. The house we moved into was re-decorated prior to our move in and was done to a brilliant standard and was left lovely and clean for us ready to move straight in. Overall a brilliant, quick and professional service and we are very grateful for all their help!
