A&K’s Touch Beauty Clinic – manchester

DO NOT BOOK! I booked AND PREPAID an appointment here via Treatwell. I turned up early for my appointment and waited until the appointment time. I could not find the place ANYWHERE - I was on the right street and even knocked on the hair salon next door - they told me it was 'that door' and pointed to a door which had about 4 different buzzers, none labelled A&K's clinic. I had already rang the number provided earlier to see if I could possibly come in any earlier, and then I rang it multiple times while waiting outside. I rang a total of 10 times. No reply. I had waited around after work and walked across town and now I had to get a different bus, much longer than my usual bus home from work. The lady then replied to my text while waiting at the bus stop, saying that I changed my appointment twice now as if that was justified for not picking up or attending my appointment...I had rescheduled my appointment days in advance, not short notice, and there is nothing on Treatwell that says you can't do that. Ended up wasting 2+ hours of my time in total, such an ordeal, don't even bother...didn't even see the inside of the place but the outside looked dodgey af anyway...maybe fake idk

Amazing clinic, Fantastic Service!!! They use one the best laser hair removal machine on the market. It left my skin feeling smooth and I have not seen hairs for 2 weeks now though this was my first session. Got six sessions for a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend.

I love the service, attention and great quality of the whole process. The ladies are super nice, helpful and knowledgeable. The ink is almost gone and no scarring or bad skin condition has happened. Hi just wanted to drop a review, all the staff are amazing they are so friendly and so helpful. When I first went to get my laser done I was so nervous but the girl I dealt with was so amazing and made me feel so relaxed. I would definitely give more ⭐s if I could. Keep up the good work

Love this place. The staff is really friendly. I had a full body wax and the lady that carried out the treatment was done in less than an hour and hairs all completely gone. I will be definitely going back. Thank you.

I loved my experience at A&K’s Touch Alice was the woman who gave me a facial and she took care of me very well! My face felt fresher and more hydrated as soon as she was done and in a matter of days it was completely clear again I’d definitely recommend this place to everyone and anyone!
