Joined Ajillity pilates 5 years ago due to recurring lower back issues. First exercise regime I’ve ever maintained and the catalyst for my improvements in physical health and fitness generally. Jillian and Travis have extensive knowledge and practical skills that have assisted me to develop a healthier and stronger core to support my spine to a place of strength, a big challenge when you start unfit and overweight in your late 50s! Their individual focus has encouraged and facilitated my progress and I am very grateful.

I love ajillity pilates.. Have been going for well over a year and Jill and Travers have both been instrumental in helping with my back!! Which is now 100% to when I started. The personalised programs are great and suited to what your needs and competency are. Both are super knowledgeable of the human body make up and what exercises help each different area. Highly recommend this beautiful little studio

My son, Justin, has both physical and intellectual disabilities. Jillian was very positive about his capabilities to master his Pilates exercises, and succeeded. His self esteem rose greatly with her help. His posture improved as did his mobility. Thanks Jillian, you are the best
