Amazing sights of various part of the river Eden. Along the various trails you will see glorious waterfalls up close. Really worth a visit. Wear proper walking boots and you can venture all around. See pictures for a few of the stunning views. Note that parking is always busy so arrive early and get a national trust membership or it might cost up to 9 pounds to park. Not 100% sure on this cost though.

Great walking paths, parking just outside of the waterfall and clear signs not to get lost. Even though we came in December, it was not very cold, the walking path is pretty good (if you have wellington boots, my favourites for this kind of activity) and the scenery is just lovely.

Lovely walk before or after a big hike, it’s a bit slippery if it’s been raining before, so be careful in certain areas! The sound of the water is amazing. And the water tastes amazing!!

Was visiting relatives so brought grandsons for the walk. Beautiful scenery & spectacular waterfalls. All enjoyed the walk in the fresh air. Took plenty of shots of some of the falls. If only it was warmer (and allowed!) a dip in some of the pools might have been refreshing: as it is, made do with skimming stones along with grandsons.

Such a beautiful place to visit. Quite busy and we were advised to go later in the afternoon but decided it didn't fit it with our plans. It would be nice to visit at a quiet time but it didn't affect our enjoyment of it at all. Kids loved to scramble over the river and we got some amazing photos 😍

Lots of people when we came, most of them visiting the waterfall only so ill prepared for the rocky paths. The waterfall itself is nice, but I would say that the river itself is nicer. Explore the mountain next to the waterfall, the views from there are much more worth the trip. Sturdy shoes required.

Perfect on a very hot day. Such a pretty hike through woods, with such a variety of huge trees. Stream and waterfalls are amazing, with so many places to swim and play - just follow the water!
