Bought Air Compressor of this company through Amazon, no instruction manual, no telephone service just automated message for you to contact by email, wrote to them. Absolute silence. I will not recommend this company. They write to be an internet service but ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. They sell on eBay and Amazon, I would definitely avoid them.

The telephone number is effectively fake. It just gives you an email address to write to. Customer service eventually ignored emails

Cancelled the order but they said i had to refuse order which I did. Then a week later they done a re delivery without me knowing and my wife accepted the parcel. They are just after the money and not bothered about customer service at all

AVOID AT ALL COST order number 12850 Hello, A terrible experience which is now resulted in a paypal claim. I have made multiple orders with this seller and so far the only order which was ok was supplied by Amazon and not directly from aim tools. Customer service is absolutely terrible, communications are beyond terrible as they are totally ignoring all email contact with me, basically leaving me with no option but to seek help via paypal as they failed to refund me for the missing and wrong items they sent. I bought approx 30 mainly mixed items, My order was somewhat well boxed in a sturdy outer box however came with zero packing protection & the content was just dumped in with no care, heavy items on top of delicate items etc so boxes were badly crushed etc. I carefully checked every item 1 by 1 to find that I had 2 ITEMS MISSING which they fully charged me for but curiously were now showing as out of stock when at the time of order they had plenty of stock then the same day of despatch they changed the stock to zero, I suspect they thought they had stock but on picking & packing discovered they had no stock so just shipped the order anyway at full price failing to explain the missing items or refund for the missing items. They are acting very dishonestly and have failed to delivery my full order and now simply ignore me despite 15 emails to every address I could find for them, they simply refuse to communicate with me. They seem to think I would ignore a missing £24 angle grinder and a scaffolding pulley wheel and just move on WELL NO WAY AIM TOOLS…I REFUSE TO BE OUT OF POCKET OR RIPPED OFF FOR GOODS I PAID FOR IN FULL. ALSO 3 further items were wrong. They sent the wrong size item I ordered 8 inch bearing pullers and they sent 6 inch but what made it so so so worse it was a used Amazon returns item in a damaged box, the item was clearly used with the Amazon customers details Amazon stickers still all over the box, the box badly damaged and opened, I bought a new item and they sent a used customer return of the wrong size and had no shame as they sent the previous customers details and returns info all over the box, what about data protection? Not for that returning customer….this was not a Amazon order I made it was direct with the aim tools website…they have no shame. They also supplied an item that was supposed to be 200 soldering connectors with built in heat shrink which turned out to be simple manual mechanical crimps and not for soldering at all. Another item was supposed to come with various accessories I referring to a spray lance that should have come with a larger telescopic metal lance and that lance was completely missing from the set. I made contact with the 5 problems from my order no less than a good 15 times to there various email address to try and sort out this mess yet they ignored every email, they have to date failed to deliver the missing items or refund the missing items and they have also ignored the 3 wrong items they have failed to replace, offer a refund or explain themselves. I spoke to paypal who were wonderful and they opened a claim dialogue on my behalf to see if aim tools would at least now communicate with me to solve the problems however they have even refused to respond to paypal. I spoke to paypal today and they will upgrade my dialogue to a full claim to recover my losses. Aim tools has gone full rogue trader and I strongly advise THAT YOU AVOID BUYING FROM AIMTOOLS they are nothing but trouble, dishonest unreliable and currently behaving like a rogue trader with me, Zero communications is not helping matters and just causing distress and alarm, they are obviously childishly throwing their toys out of the pram and having a tantrum because they simply cant get a single order right first time unless it is Amazon filling the orders. What ever you do is DO NOT BUY FROM THEM DIRECT as it will end in a nightmare after nightmare. Thank you

Great customer service - above and beyond expectations. I had a mini disc cutter that failed after a few months. No quibble - they sent a replacement unit. Customer services rep Farah went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I got it after a problem with my changed address. Highly recommended

Don't deal with this bunch of incompetents. They sent items that were not as per the listing with non standard 9/16 UNC thread when the listing said it was M16, so absolutely no use for my machine. First they offered £10 refund, which was pointless as they still would not fit. Then they offered to exchange for the correct thread but as the set had more collets wanted extra payment. They offered 15% which they then reduced to 10% plus they wanted payment for the cost of a courier at £12. so in total another £20 to get some extra collets I don't need. The customer service is dire they only reply once per day so this has been going on since 11th August. I still have no collet chucks and no refund. In future I will go with buying on Aliexpress, still a gamble but at least the set is half the price.
