Excellent Physio. Aidan asks detailed questions to really zone in to what the keys issues are, and then works out precise exercises to help recovery. No hesitation recommending him.

I had been suffering from pain in my left shoulder and had limited movement in my left bicep for a while. A personal trainer recommended Aidan and I have seen him over several weeks. Aidan is superb; he carefully assesses the problem and then designs bespoke exercises that are highly beneficial. His soft tissue release and METS worked wonders for me and I now have no issues at all. Aidan is outstanding and I would strongly urge others to arrange sessions with him.

Both my husband & I use Aidan. His knowledge & skill is first rate and we would not hesitate to recommend him. As well as the sports massage, he suggests exercises to help any injury or problem areas we have.
