Really disappointed with my hair. Overall quality, look, and technique was of low standards. Before sitting down I reiterated that I wanted no dark in my hair and I wanted to be as light as possible and the stylist agreed. After the process when I got home my hair was patchy and looked like it was a home job done by someone with no experience. I get that from going dark to light is a process but it’s no excuse to leave my hair in a state that doesn’t even look visually appealing. Keep in mind that I had already begun the lightning process and this was my 3rd round of lightener. Instead of a nice even look, my hair was left patchy and dry and it looked like I hadn’t even gotten my hair done. I let the salon know and I went ahead and got it fixed at a different salon then went into AHOT to see if I could get any sort of compensation. The staff were very friendly and nice they did not compensate me in any way claiming that my hair came out like that because it was dark. I understand that but at least they could have made it look a little cleaner and presentable with what they had to work with. The before pictures is my hair 2 days after getting full head of foils and the after pictures are of the work done by a different salon. Overall really disappointed at the lack of compensation of any kind considering I paid $574 for what looks like a botched home job 😞😒

Always a beautiful job from these ladies, fabulous hairdressers .. Denika knows my hair so well, I walk out feeling like a celebrity, feeling pampered and leaving with luscious hair . I highly recommend AOT.
