BOOST was the best dance class iv ever been to! and I felt so welcome! I’m a student and I received 10% of my membership which was a bargain! LOVE THIS GYM

Loads of different membership options to suit your needs. Everything you need in a gym to smash your fitness goals with top quality equipment that actually works!!! Unlike other gyms! And has the most quirkesit coffee shop in Cardiff with amazing protein shakes and healthy breakfast! The First Ladies only gym in Cardiff and by far the best because the owners actually know what their doing and have fitness background and knowledge. Highly recommended!!!! 👍🏼👍🏼💪🏼💪🏼💯💯

Was looking for a ladies only gym for while and out of the all the ones I visited this one was by far the best mainly because the owners were so friendly and welcoming! It has a lovely vibe and atmosphere and love all the equipment they have! Have recommended all my sisters and my family who will be signing up.
