Took $1000 deposit end of November. No communication regarding spa delivery. I continued to ring and check when it was coming. Still had not received it mid March. After they had the deposit it was very poor customer service. We were concerned if something went wrong with the spa, we wouldn’t get any help from them. Each time I rang to check when it was coming they were constantly confused which weekend it would be so eventually we decided to cancel the order. They refused to reimburse part of the deposit and kept all of the amount.

We went to Affordable Spa's to purchase a new spa, but were very sad to hear that we couldn't get hold of one, due to the Covid purchase frenzy for about a year. Unfortunately we needed to buy one as recommended by my Husband's Specialist for his back. We ended up finding a immaculate second hand Sapphire Spa online. We went back to Rodney and explained to him that we were going to take this road and he was incredible. He looked up the previous owners details, told us all that needed to be known about the spa, even though we had the instructions from the lovely people we bought it from. Went through how we should maintain it and what to do if we had any issues. We were blown away by his kindness. We have bought our chemicals and replacement filters from him and will continue to do so, due to his willingness to help, even though there was nothing in it for him. Having said that though, we are looking to upgrade to a swim spa when they become easier to get and Affordable Spa's will be our first port of call. Such a great representative of Sapphire Spas, which is an incredible product. - Thank you to you and your team Rodney.
