No problem with the sales and professionalism and have tried resolving via email but both mailboxes are full. Not that happy with the purchase of my new vehicle, due to the torrential rain I was unable to inspect the car fully on collection, however there is a small crack on the right rear light and also no parcel shelf included. This now means am going to have to pay additional costs to now get this fixed and purchase a parcel shelf. I was potentially going to use affordable cars to purchase a new vehicle for my wife but have been put off.

Superb Overall. This is the second time I’ve purchased a car from Affordable Cars, the first, a little over a year ago was a Mercedes Benz E-Class 250 CLC convertible, the second a Porsche Cayenne GTS. Both times the service has been impeccable, the quality and price of the cars market leading. Overall I have no hesitation in recommended them and I will almost certainly be back in the near future. If you are in the market for a quality well priced prestige used car - go see these guys without delay. You will not be disappointed. Overall superb.

Really disappointed with service provided, been to the dealer to remove water from my brother's boot and rear lights, a problem that came with the car from day one, also the BMW 3 series had no boost pipe, and the battery wasn't even charged so the stop and start on the car wouldn't work. he wanted to take the car back and dealer refused to take it, he tried too many times to call the dealer and all he got was a threatening and aggressive behaviour from the general manager. owner of the company came down to sort the problem out and also offer support from the dealer in case the lights wouldn't work in the future. now after few months the same light aren't working and the manager refuses to fix the problem and also the warranty says isn't their problem. And Again i was standing next to my brother yesterday the 25th of January around 3.30pm when he was on the phone with the general Manager from the site and i wasn't happy with the threatening and aggressive behaviour that the manager displayed to him, he kept repeating the same words '' why don't you come and talk face to face with me, i am not scared of you, if you have got enough balls come her and face me! Is this what you call a great customer service, and that's how you deal with people that buys the cars or any goods from you ?

Very helpful and just left us to look around until we were ready to discuss with a salesman. Definitely not pushy at all

Extremely poor experience. Affordable Car group where aggressive and threatening when asked to discuss a major issue following the purchase of my car only a few weeks ago.

Good place with good location and friendly staff. Only issue is that they will tell you anything just to sell car. Warranty what they offer covers only minimal amount off fix. Bought 15 plate car and engine issue came on from day 3 and warranty covered only 1/3 off bill even after staff member from affordable cars sad if there will be any issue in first 3 month then warranty will fix it, but its partly true because warranty covers small amount of parts. Just be prepared that if something serious will happen to your car, then it will be out of your pocket even if it will happen next day after purchase.

Car came in perfect condition other than one advisory on the MOT which was quickly resolved... Andrew then sent me a cheque for to be fixed. This was brilliant of him and he is a credit to the company. The car is brilliant, runs perfectly and has been fixed. Recommend anybody who is looking for a car to come here, great value.

Fast, easy and hassle free. Dealt with Dean who was a brilliant help from start to finish. Defo recommend these guys to anyone

Bought a Mercedes from this garage in June this near, however I recently part exchanged it for another car at a different dealer. It was at this point the dealer pointed out that the car had some paint work carried out previously on the rear passenger door, on closer inspection I was told the bumpers had also been re sprayed and overall the repair work was not of satisfactory quality. So , I would advise any would be customers of Affordable Cars to be extra careful when viewing their cars.
