first time experience.not happy with my haircut.I wanted 2/3 layers or steps and she said it would be layer in the back but it was not.also in the bottom she did it straight.probably they do the same cut to everyone.before cut not even ask how you want.After finishing i didnt like the straight line so told her to do “U” shape.though she tried to do,I m not happy with that cut 😞 The staffs are nice bdw and they could be good in other services.

The haircut was not worth it. They didn't add the layers in my hair even though I had asked them too. I would not go there again.

I have been going to Aesthetics for several years, and the service is always first class. I tend to have a deep tissue massage where I am a keen runner, to loosen those knots; and the hot stone massage is also really great! I couldn't recommend this salon enough.

I have been going to Aesthetics for years now, since it opened in fact and Zara is hands down the best massage therapist I've been to! She also does my mum's hair and is the only one to get it right just the way she likes it :) Definitely recommend.

I come from Scotland to visit family and I always make a point of coming to the salon to have my hair hi-lighted and styled. Most of the stylists at the salon have done my hair and I always leave feeling a million dollars. Thank you so much girls ❤️ Just wish you had a salon in Glasgow x

I had the first experience of haircut done by Jenny. I gave her the instructions that I want my length till my waist but she chopped it too much making my hair too short . Secondly I asked her to give me a haircut which suits according to my face shape but didn't turned out to be great. And when I told about cutting my hair too much . She started making rude faces and denying.

First time having the pregnancy pamper and I can honestly say it was such an amazing experience. Had the treatment done by Gita and she made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I would highly recommend to any expecting mothers to definitely give it a try. The salon was clean and very friendly. No doubt will be returning for the pamper package again and also other treatments they have to offer.

The customer service here is fantastic. The staff are kind and welcoming and I always receive the best treatment
