AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! I made the mistake of having my windows and front door changed by them. The owner of the company is a liar and will not stick to any schedule. He is unreliable and their workmanship is messy and quality is poor. Once he has your money, he will ensure you are blocked so you cannot contact him so the 10 Yr guarantee means nothing. His workman broke a a cherished lamp of 21yrs and hid it for me to find after they had left. Now the seal on the French door is poor and the door is also bowing from the bottom letting in a terrible draft. My composite front door keeps sticking so I'm either locked in or out at times. I have been chasing them to sort these matters since August this year and my dad has made multiple attempts to raise concerns with him. Communication is non-existent. The office number is no longer working. Do not waste your hard earned cash and then be insulted for it!

Such an unprofessional and low quality 'company' this is! I urge people not to have anything done from them if you want your life to be easy, without any stress. Plus don't let your builders use this "company" to have your doors and windows done. We called them so many times to fix the problem. I wouldn't give them any star if I had a choice but couldn't proceed without giving them a freaking🌟 SHAME ON YOU Advanced UK Windows.
