I came here 2 months ago and has fantastic service. It was warm friendly and customer service by the lady I seen by fantastic. I was having my eyebrows done for my wedding and she took her time gave me her undivided attention and even shared memories of her own wedding that she had recently enjoyed. As I had such good service I returned yesterday to have a re shape and tidy on my eyebrows. This time a very very very different experience. I went in at my time slott of 4pm where I was just told to "follow me" she was shouting to the other worker Zoe there who was in another room doing a treatment. She did not say anything to me at all and just put me in the room. She made no indication that she was going to do the waxing at all. She left me in the room while she went to get what she needed (I only know this now after seeing her come back in the room) There was no explanation just a "go in this room". While she left the room she was having a conversation with the other person Zoe who was with the other customer. This was obviously a regular customers as they where having conversations with her. The whole time I am just stood in the other room as I was still uncertain whether I has been put there to wait for someone or what. I then heard this young women who had taken me to the room say I'll come back now. yet she was still conversing thru the wall even when she returned to me. When she came back to the room. she looked p***** off with me that I wasn't lying on the bed ready but like I said she had not actually said anything to me at this point other than "follow me" and "this room" When she was doing the actual waxing I have never felt so uncomfortable as I did with her. There was no conversation at all and when she was doing it she left the room 3 times where she continued the conversation with the other staff member and customer. When she had finished she did ask me was it ok but when I said to her could she put more shape in she huffed and seemed like she just wanted me out of there. when she showed me, I was still not happy but based on how she had acted towards me and her attitude I did not say anything. One eyebrow was fine the other did not match at all. It was very clear that it was a rushed job and I had been an inconvenience to her. Again she did not say anything to me just left the room and I just seen her walking down the stairs. I still had my jacket and scarf to put on at this point but she just left me in the room without saying anything at all. When I was paying downstairs she again hardly acknowledged me other than to say £6. no please no thank you no eye contact - nothing!!! I then left the shop without a goodbye or any form of acknowledgement. The shop was not busy. There were 2 staff members in and 2 customers (2nd being me). I actually wonder based on the state of my eyebrows whether the young women I had was actually meant to even do eyebrows they were that bad. I paid £6 at your shop and then had to pay a further beautician to sort out the mess that she had made with them and try there best to make them. It is such a shame as this one young women has let this place down. My previous experience is miles off what I have experienced yesterday afternoon (Wednesday 16th). Overall my experience was extremely poor, customer service was extremely poor and I have never felt such an inconvenience any where before as much as I did yesterday.
