Advanced Body Image and Spa Lotus – darwin

I've recently just finished my laser tattoo removal with Katy at Advanced Body Image and Spa Lotus and I'm SO PLEASED that I chose them for this type of service. I've had laser tattoo removal in Brisbane and Gold Coast before but the level of professionalism, friendly atmosphere and dedication at Advanced Body Image & Spa Lotus with achieving the best results for me really set them apart from all previous companies. Katy (owner & laser tattoo removal specialist) was super honest, upfront and made me feel really welcome from first consultation to the last sitting. Each session was super easy, after care was always provided and the contact support of getting back to me in such a fast time frame was where their level of service really went the extra mile for me. I dont tend to review many places, but as I found them on google I just had to share my wonderful thoughts of this company and its staff. Hopefully this may help someones decision in the future. My mom didn’t like the experience. She went to this place because of DMK MediPedi. My mom is expecting that her feet will be soak first to soften the callouses but it didn’t happened. The lady starts to remove the callouses using a tool and my mom felt more pain as it was not softened first. It would be great if there will be a different procedure to make your clients comfortable.

Great pregnancy massage and both facials were relaxing.

Amazing from the moment I walked in. Reception was busy with clients and phones ringing off the hook, but the reception staff kept it running smoothly and seamlessly. My beauty therapist Hiromi was wonderful. She explained the treatments clearly and was very professional, friendly and made me feel at ease. I am a larger person and was so happy to find the towel and bathrobe fit easily around me and the massage tables were wide and comfortable. Hiromi ensured my comfort during my massage and facial by providing support pillows and placement to avoid back pain I was concerned about. Massage was so relaxing and thorough and I know for a fact I fell asleep at least twice. The room was beautiful and quiet and the ambiance was soothing. I cannot wait to come back and am so happy to review Hiromi and Advanced Body Image. Thank you 😊
