Don't listen to old reviews, this gym is great. Has made some great imprisonments, always taking the chance to get new things when they can. Lovely staff, nice women's only area, big space and has everything you need. Combat area is a big plus too!

This has been my gym for over a year now. Some of the weightlifting equipment is quite worn out, but the staff is friendly and I have met some cool people here. I usually just do weightlifting here as I run outdoors and do yoga at home, and cannot speak to the quality of classes. But as a gym for self-guided training, I enjoy it.

The reason i give you 1* are the following. 1 bad management. For example at the moment steam room is not working and it's been already 2 weeks still no news of any fixing. I know things get broken but you must have someone to fix it immediately. 2 no privacy on the men's showers. It could be a lot better if you make the showers suprate . 3 it would be nice if you put fresh water upstairs too next to sauna.
