Very professional, helpful member of staff. Definitely knew which shoe and insoles to recommend following my visit to the physio. There was no rush and I felt really happy with my purchases so I can now go onto healing. Would totally recommend this shop having never had the need to go before, I'll most definitely be going back to get my next pair.

I purchased a pair of Hoka Clifton shoes here last year and I returned today to buy a new pair. Both times I have rocked up without an appointment and both times I have been given a great level of service. I'm pretty sure it's the owner that served me both times. Today I pretty much knew I wanted the same pair but was keen to try some other brands. She brought a good selection to try. I got some good info about the shoes and a great bit of friendly chat. Always a vast selection in store and genuinely friendly customer service. You might save 5 bucks online somewhere but you won't get the same level of service. Will be back for my 3rd pair next year!

So delighted to stumble upon this shop yesterday! Brilliant range of running gear all at a great price for the quality on offer. The staff were welcoming, friendly and very attentive and I’m delighted with the shoes and socks I’ve ended up with. Can’t wait for my first run in them! Will be shopping online from London from now on.
