Facilities run down. spa hasn't worked for at least 8 months. Children's playground has exposed wire

Facilities run down. spa hasn't worked for at least 8 months. Children's playground has exposed wire and timber throughout needs replacing. Tennis court needs overhaul. No on-site designated smoking spots. Do not leave anything out, it will be gone.

Great spot, excellent apartment. We have the 4 bedroom apartment, just needs some exhaust fans in the wet areas and an AC upstairs in the bedrooms. Very kid friendly once we popped the glass tabletops under the lounge. Very happy with the place.
