The service was so kind and helpful! The receptionist was that kind to help me with my trolley, to do his job with such a patience and smile. I am so glad to meet people like James. I'm so glad that my stuff is in such a lovely, helpful, friendly and kind people hands.

The staff are great especially Jamie, a very friendly, polite, welcoming, professional and helpful young gentleman. He did the checking in process fast and smoothly and has a good memory to remember the customers well and giving a nice smile and greeting every time you visit.

It's been a long while since I have received such amazing customer service. The man in reception was so polite and helpful, going out of his way to make it easy for us. We then had another member of staff help to unload our boxes and put them in storage. Could not praise them high enough.

SUPERB SERVICE! Everything went smooth. I’m particularly in awe of Jamie, who works in the front office. I first called a few weeks ago just to arrange my storage and ask a few questions. He explained everything very well, answered my silly questions patiently and put my mind at ease (I am a female who was leaving her shoes and clothes in a storage, that’s super stressful for us women!). He recommended how to secure my belongings and how to organise everything from getting a padlock to check in. On the day he was the most helpful, assisted with a few hiccups on the way and really went above and beyond. Thanks so much Jamie! I am not nervous about my stuff in storage anymore :) all the best to the Wembley team and see you guys soon when I pick my stuff up! Kat.
