This is a great local business. Hugely helpful when I was looking for advice and quotes and have stuck to the timescales and appointments promised. Access have now fitted me a brand new sectional door to replace a very old up and over. The fitting is spot on and they have removed very trace of the old one and the fittings. They even loaned me a power tool for an unrelated DIY job I was doing at the time. I don’t expect any issues but based on m experiences, I have no doubt that aftercare will be excellent as well. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

Had an issue with my garage door today and went in to the shop to see Kath as was looking at having a new door. Kath went through all the various options extremely well so I could consider what I wanted. Also said they could fix my existing door today as I could not shut it at all. I phoned when I got home and Jeff came around on his way to another job 20 mins later. The issue was fixed promptly with replacement parts. In summary both Kath and Jeff were professional and polite at all times and I cannot fault the level of service. It’s clear that Jeff knows his way around a garage door! I will be having my new door soon having ordered it already. Thanks both much appreciated. Would recommend your services to anyone.

Fantastic service on both occasions. I have had to use them for two different jobs over the last three years and on both occasions found them extremely helpful and professional. Most people won't know much about how to fix a garage door and this is the type of business where you could easily be ripped off, but rest assured from my experience Jeff will do the opposite, he sorted the problem in minutes and even showed me how to do the more basic programming and maintenance needs myself. First class service, I will use again when I need to and would certainly recommend to friends and family.

What fabulous service from Access Garage Doors. My dad had a door fitted 6 years ago and recently developed an issue where both remotes stopped communicating with the main motor unit. From first contact to resolution they were nothing but exceedingly helpful. Geoff on Saturday evening, answered his mobile, which in itself was remarkable, and talked me through resetting and re-syncing the remotes and main unit All the more amazing as Geoff was rather ill earlier in the day. What incredible and wonderful service, thank you so much from myself and my father. Apologies to Geoff if I have the wrong spelling of his name
