Graeme and Co offer a super professional, friendly, dependable, well priced service. Our rental property carpets are clean and fresh in spite of some crazy stains over the years. I thoroughly recommend them.

When I phoned for upholstery cleaning, Graeme has offered to come and see the sofa and two armchairs to be cleaned. He kept me informed about his arrival time and arrived at the confirmed time. He wore disposal covers over his shoes first and then entered the house. Graeme explained the methods of cleaning he would consider after seeing extent of the dirt and studying the fabric. I felt the knowledge was there and only few minutes later I discovered his chemical science background. I was offered several potential dates for the cleaning to be carried out and agreed on a date Graeme kept me informed about his arrival time and was present at the time he said he would arrive. The work was done very well, he explained the outcome and suggested that I should compare the results between the sofa and armchair cushions as they were effected by previous use differently (about 20 years). The results were excellent and the variations in the result was explained. I am very pleased with the work, overall service and Graeme’s way of personal and professional conduct. My overall rating for Graeme’s work is ‘’Outstanding’’

The carpets in my rental flat were pretty tired and hadnt been left very clean after my tenants moved out. Access cleaning staff did a great job and brought a new lease of life to them. They were upfront about what they could achieve with the carpets and priced fairly.

Can't fault the service provided from beginng to end. Graeme was so friendly and helpful when organising dates for the cleaning. On the day Paul and Kieran turned up. They were both very efficient and did a great job with cleaning the carpets. One room had many stains after 2 years of a student living in. All the stains are gone and the carpet looks like new. Well done and I don't hesitate in recommending Access Cleaning Solutions.
