Bought a pair of Jacob Cohen jeans. Paid via paypal. I was contacted by Rachel to let me know they were more than the invoices amount. (And the receipt amount). I paid the additional amount, and communication then stopped. Ignored requests for receipt. Account set up with my email with them showing women's shoes? Tried contacting several times and no response. Rarely post reviews, unless exceptional or exceptionally poor.

Ordered online good comms. Took it back not the one I wanted. No pictures online of the inside of coat. ☹

Delivery came the next day which was very quick. Ordered a bag but you can only wear it on one side of the shoulder which was no point of use for me. I have issued a refund and everything went smoothly. Very pleased.

Ordered 4 items online ,, parcel arrived and only 2 items were delivered .. rang the number and asked where my other 2 items were and spoke to a guy who just couldn’t be bothered .. “ it’s not my department ,, we probably don’t have them in stock ,, you should get a refund in 5 to 7 working days “ So In a nutshell ,, you order and pay for items and take a chance they have them in stock because they don’t let you know if they are coming or not ..
