Wouldn't let me in even tho they didn't close for an hour, woman sitting on a chair inside just said

Wouldn't let me in even tho they didn't close for an hour, woman sitting on a chair inside just said "closed" and turned around. Drove 20 mins each way to collect something I bought online. Nice one cheers 👍
