Good customer service from the team. They acted quickly to make sure everything was in place for us to move in on time. Rebecca was particularly helpful on the day we collected our keys, and helped us get in to the property!

The Abode team are great! I have been assisted by Courtney Cockle on the front desk many times. She is both professional & polite, nothing is too much trouble for her. A true credit to the company.

Having lived in Bristol for 9 years I have experienced a few different letting agents. To say it hasn't been a pleasant experience would be downplaying it. I've had companies lie, steal and be just down right rude. Abode is different. I have rented from Abode for around 4 years now and have never had any complaints. They are very polite, considered and always honour our contractual agreements by giving plenty of notice before visiting the property. Any problems I have had have been dealt in a swift professional manner by our property manager Liam. Couldn't recommend this company (and in particular Liam) enough - if you are looking for a letting agent to do there jobs properly without any of the hassle.

We've been in a property run by Abode for 2 years now and they've always been so fast at solving any issues or queries we've had! The flat is given annual gas, fire alarm and PAT tests too, so it always feels safe and up to code. Communication is great - our Property Manager Vicky always replies quickly and is super patient with all our questions as well as being incredibly helpful when an urgent matter pops up!

Their service has been brilliant! Each house/flat viewing we booked and saw with each estate agent was informative and welcoming of any questions. It has made our house hunting experience enjoyable and seamless. Many thanks to the team at Abode Bristol.

Terrible experience wish I could give zero stars. We called to a view a property moments after it was posted on right move. We booked a viewing and female agent we spoke with confirmed we are the first to view the property, they do not accept any deposits before and if there is any viewing slots available sooner they would give us a call straight away. I would also add we called a couple of times that day to confirm this is correct. I called a couple days later just to confirm the viewing and see if there was any slots available sooner. The male agent I spoke with told us the property had been let out that morning and they was supposed to give us a call. Furious is an understatement. Not only have they lied about us being first in line to view the property on multiple occasions they did not give us a call to tell us if a slot was available earlier as promised. I explained this and was told that there was nothing they can do and they tried to call before but the number was incorrect, which contradicts what the man initially said in the call where he said they was supposed to call so I was just being lied to from the start. My time has been thoroughly wasted and this level of total incompetence adds nothing but further stress when trying to rent in an already competitive market. I have read other similar reviews and honestly do not understand how this is happening. How can a staff member say there is no one booked in to view a property when there clearly was? If I was to give advice to anyone stay away from this letting agency, they can't even handle a booking system so would not trust them with any contracts or deposit handling. I will be sure to make sure that any of my landlord friends do not use this agency to manage their properties as the staff are clearly misinformed and incompetent.

Pete Firth was a great property manager. He was responsive and genuine, helping me sort out several issues in a timely fashion. My overall abode experience was good with easy to use electronic document signing and all my bills managed very easily.

Rented a room in a HMO and they made it quick and easy to get both in and out of the room and handle the deposit. The house itself had near constant maintenance problems but these were not of abode's doing and with the exception of a couple more complex issues which are dragging on, they made good efforts to get most resolved ASAP and sometimes going above and beyond what they had to do legally - they're always responsive to emails etc.
